Sometimes the whole production process for animation can be a bit elusive due to the many phases and production steps that must be passed through to complete a film. There can be a lot of moving parts involving a project, so it’s a necessity to have a rock solid process that can manage a project smoothly. It’s a tailor made process and not a off the shelf product that’s easily explained and compared. That’s why I’ll always try to better the communication concerning the process, clarifying all activities and guiding all stakeholders along the way.
